COVID - 19 POLICY:

Hidden Acres Farm & Treehouse Resort is committed to your safety and well being and will continue to provide quality accommodations to all essential travel to or through Terrace whether it be for personal, medical or business reasons.

If it is essential, we welcome you to stay with us.

If you would like to stay with us,  please continue to book online.


We offer stays of a minimum of 2 days to a maximum of 30 days, and accept 14 day quarantine stays in our cozy, self contained cabins.


We continue to maintain our enhanced cleaning protocol between each guest reservation, including sanitizing all high touch surfaces, high heat laundering of bath, bed and kitchen linens, and spraying an approved no rinse sanitizer on surfaces that can not be easily washed or replaced.


 

Only members of the same household to a maximum of 6 including children may stay in a cabin, and no groups may gather for ANY reason at this time.
 All events of any nature are postponed and prohibited at Hidden Acres Farm.

 

Shared outdoor spaces may be used (fire pit for example) but you must maintain at minimum a 6 foot distance between yourself and anyone not within your household.

If for any reason you can not maintain a 6 foot distance, please wear a mask.


We recommend washing your hands often and sanitizing them as needed.


Absolutely NO VISITORS will be permitted at any time to your cabin or the shared outdoor space.


All pets MUST be kept on a leash at all times while outdoors. This is to ensure they dont run from person to person, thereby possibly spreading germs.


There is no housekeeping available during your stay - staff are not allowed to enter your room until after check out.


If you wish to exchange bedding or towels please place dirty laundry in a garbage bag, set on the balcony and text or email us explaining what you need replaced and we will bring it the same day (between 10am and 8pm)  and place it on your balcony. 


 

We offer a zero contact check in and check out process by request.

Please call us or email with your expected arrival time and we will send instructions on our contactless check in process.

 


Please ensure you remove all garbage and recycling to the bins provided outside.


No guest entry in to the office is allowed currently, but we can meet you outside to answer any questions or to give you a key

(for those who do not know their arrival time to schedule a contactless check in).


 

Should you become unwell or come into contact with someone suspected of having Covid-19 before your reservation please let us know and we can reschedule your stay or refund, depending on timeline.
