Unique. Cozy. Close to nature.

Hidden Acres Treehouse Resort offers five unique, treehouse-style accommodations, just minutes from downtown Terrace, in Northwest BC.

The uniquely designed, handcrafted cabins on this riverside acreage were built by the owners with simplicity in mind. The cabins, which stand high off the ground, are surrounded on all sides by forests. They offer comfort with a natural and minimalist feel. Inside you will find function and beauty.

Each of the five treehouse-style cabins is 256 sq.ft. They are equipped with a kitchenette, bathroom, downstairs living area with an electric fireplace and a private balcony. The cabins boast views of lush fields, mountains and wandering wildlife.

Each cabin has an upstairs loft with a queen size bed and a twin bed. A second twin mattress is also available, if necessary. The downstairs living area has a couch or loveseat.

The kitchenettes are spacious with custom wood cabinetry – much of it built from the very trees cut down to make space for the accommodations. The kitchenettes have everything you need: pots, pans, dishes, linens, a microwave, stove, single sink, mini fridge and a freezer.

The three-piece bathrooms include a shower, toilet and vanity.

Fresh towels and bedding are provided upon your arrival.

The main floor living area features a cozy electric fireplace. Cabins have WIFI and each has a TV with a DVD player. There is no cable or satellite TV, however. Guests must bring their own movies to watch on USB drives or DVDs.

Two BBQ's can be found underneath a beautiful cedar Gazebo. A spacious communal fire pit next to the cabins is also for guests to enjoy while visiting.

We are happy to accommodate your furry four-legged companions. However, we treat each pet as a person and you will be charged as such.

If you are bringing a dog, please add an extra person to the room booking. For example, if you are two adults and a dog, please book the room for three adults.  (Note if you are a single person with a dog please make sure your booking is for 3 adults so that the $25 charge per night is added to the reservation)

Let us know you are bringing an animal with you in the comments section during booking. If you exceed maximum room capacity, please contact us and we are happy to book you and invoice you separately for the pets.

Please ensure your pet is on a leash at all times outdoors, and supervised or in a crate while indoors. Never leave them unattended, and please clean up after them. Any damage from your pets will result in extra charges. Please also make sure to keep your pets off of the beds and furniture.

The farm is spacious and open to guests. We have plenty of room for outdoor recreationists to store gear such as kayaks, canoes, bikes and boats. Fishermen can even bring their own small watercraft and launch them right off the property into the Skeena River - water level permitting, and at their own discretion.

Visitors can also purchase the farm’s fresh eggs and produce seasonally at our Tuesday evening farm stand from May - September.
