Hidden Acres is located right off of Highway 16 and just a short 5 minute drive from Terrace and the Regional Airport which means easy access for you and your guests. Plus, if you forget to bring something, the stores are only minutes away!

This peaceful riverside property offers 90 acres of tall forests, open fields and incredible mountain views.  It is a quiet escape into nature offering the ultimate backdrop for any event.

You're only ever a short walk from the Skeena River.

Thanks to quality craftsmanship and natural beauty found inside and out, The Barn is the perfect, ready to use space. Featuring heated concrete floors, Cottonwood and Pine tongue n groove walls, and large exposed beams with a minimalistic approach to decor and lighting the space is ready for your event.

 Beautiful and elegant this space is the perfect blank canvas to easily transform into whatever your unique vision might be.

4. Onsite Accommodations

Welcome to Hidden Acres

On-site accommodations are available for up to 24 of your special guests in our Cabins and Tiny Homes. Choose our Full Property Package and you can also have up to 5 RV's join you for your event ensures that you have full privacy and exclusive access to the entire property while at Hidden Acres. *Excluding Owners who live on site.

This is a great option for Retreat Leaders, Family Reunions, Weddings or other event wanting to make sure that only invited guests are nearby.

5. Space + Amenities

The lower level features a full kitchen, 2 small bathrooms and 1 wheelchair accessible bathroom, a  20' x 30' meeting room capable of seating small groups up to 40, with large windows and a 9' glass roll up door that opens to a covered outdoor patio and a fenced, landscaped yard for up to 150 guests.

The upstairs is 30' x 50'  and includes a Bar and a large, wide open design to accommodate up to approximately 64 guests seated at tables - more if standing. Or alternatively, a live band with dance floor.

2 Large cedars decks are located through double doors at the front and back of The Barn creating extra space for mingling, amazing photos and on very hot days, airflow.

Tables and chairs for up to 150 guests is included in every rental.

We also offer "Add-On's" such as a Projector and Screen, 6 Burner BBQ

and a Yamaha Sound System and Microphone

6. Wedding Packages


If you are looking for a peaceful riverside venue in a great location for your special day, this is it.

We offer 3 packages for you to choose from and can accommodate up to 150 guests outdoors or up to

65 guests indoors with a number of different seating arrangements based on your guest numbers.

Each of our 2 and 3 day Wedding packages allow for ample time set up, rehearse and create a lifetime of cherished memories. You will also have plenty of opportunities to sneak away and take photos wherever you like.

At the rivers edge, in a field of wildflowers or in the forest perhaps?

with on site accommodations for all your attendees, we can provide you with an amazing space that is

We know that every event is different. That's why we are happy to offer a number of packages,

options and add-on's like our Yamaha Sound System, Projector and Screen, or onsite accommodations

to help make your event run more smoothly.

But if one of our options don't quite suit your needs just send us an email

and we would be happy to put together a personalized quote for you.

Name of the person in charge of organizing the Event

Name of the Company or Organization (if Corporate)

Type of Event (Bridal Shower, Business Meeting, etc)

Start and end time including set up and clean up time

Estimated Minimum/Maximum Number of Attendees

Will alcohol be consumed at your event?

And your preferred date(s)
